Ingredients
1 small banana1/2 cup unsweetened frozen berries1 tsp well ground flax (optional)water
Directions
Place banana, berries and flax (if using) into blender. Add a splash of water and blend. Add water as needed. Blend until smooth.

Makes a 1.5 cup serving.
