Lisa's Tzaziki Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt1 Tbs Lemon juice2 Tsp minced garlic1 cucumber, seeded shredded1 Tsp Dried Dill1 Tbs olive oilFresh Ground Pepper
Directions
Seed and Shred cucumber, sit on paper towels to drain water. Squeeze out . Mix all ingredients well and cover. Refrigerate for half an hour to meld flavors.
