French Toast

  • Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 4 large (or egg substitute)Milk, 1%, 0.5 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbspGranulated Sugar, 2 tspSalt, 1 tsp6 slices of whole wheat bread
Directions
Mix all of the ingrediants in a large bowl (except the bread)
Dip the bread in the mixture then apply directly to a nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Cook on both sides and enjoy.
I usually eat with fruit and some turkey sausage.
