Velveeta Stove Top Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. 93% Lean Ground Beef8 oz 2% Velveeta cheese, cubed2 cups elbow macaroni1 can healthy request, or low fat cream of mushroom soup1-10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
BROWN meat in a large skillet until cooked through, drain if necessary.

ADD soup and 2 cups water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Cover and simmer on medium-low heat, 10 to 12 min. or until macaroni is tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

ADD Velveeta and thawed frozen vegetables, cook until cheese is completely melted and vegetables are heated through, stirring frequently. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
