Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough2 cups mozzarella cheeseapprox. 32 turkey pepperoni slices
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.

Roll the pizza dough out and make it a flat rectangle. Cut it in half the long direction. Then cut it in half the short direction. Then cut each of those halves in half again the short direction. You should have 8 rectangles left.

On each rectangle, put approximately 4 of the turkey pepperonis & 1/4 cup of cheese. (You can also add any other pizza toppings you like. I usually add diced peppers) Pull one side over the top and seal by using a fork all the way around each calzone.

Place them on a cookie sheet & bake for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your oven.)

This makes 8 calzones. I usually serve with pizza sauce to dip in.

I also used a 1/2 mozz and 1/2 ricotta mix, more like the real thing. Everyone loved it, even with the turkey pepperoni. We will have this again, for sure - 6/3/09

I do something similar only I spread the cheese and pepperoni lengthwise down the center and make a roll. Bake in the oven and then slice. My guys just love these! - 5/25/09

The turkey pepperoni was tricky to find at our grocers, but I am glad we did. This was great. we served it with sauce on the side. Both kids (5 and 11) have requested it again already. - 5/25/09
