1/2 cup canned pumpkin1 cup applesauce, sweetened (you can use unsweetened if you want)cinnamon (to taste; you can use a different spice such as Apple Pie spice mixture or Pumpkin Pie Spice mixture)

You can microwave the mixture if you prefer the it warm.
