Steak and Veggie Kebab

8-10 oz cubed steak, half a green pepper, half a red pepper, half a yellow pepper, 1.5 small red potatoes, honey teryaki marinade, oregano, montreal steak seasoning, rosemary, olive oil
put cubed steak in a bowl and cover with marinade and steak seasoning. let sit for 30 minutes or more. cut pepper halves into one-inch pieces. cut red potatoes into small cubed pieces (about one-inch in size). put cut up peppers and potatoes into a bag or sealable container. coat with 2-3 tbsp olive oil and season with oregano and rosemary (or any other desired seasoning).
prepare skewers by alternating items (veggie, meat, veggie, etc). aim to put about 3-4 pieces of meat on each skewer. cook on grill for 8-10 min, until meat is done. turn kebabs every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning on any one side. serve on the skewer or remove and serve on a plate!
makes 8 kebabs (4 kebabs per serving)
