Spinach walnut salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 teaspoon honeydash of cayenne peppesalt and pepper to taste (optional)Salad:1 large bunch of spinach (washed and trimmed)1/4 cup walnut halves plain or toasted1/2 grapefruit cut into segments2 green onions
Directions
combine oil, vinegar, honey, and cayenne pepper; mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Toss spinach with dressing and walnuts. Arrange grapefruit sections and top with granish of green onions.
