Banana Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (the riper the better)1/2 cup of oil1 cup sugar2 cups flour1 tsp baking sodapinch of salthandful of raisins, currants, chocolate chip (optional)
Directions
mash bananas in a bowl. add oil and sugar. sift flour and baking soda and a pinch of salt into banana mixture. Blend well. Do not use a mixer or it'll come out too heavy. Add raisins or chocolate chips or currants after everything else is blended.

pour into muffin cups in a muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins.

Bake in a preheated 360 degree oven until toothpick comes out clean.
