1 c. of cooked Rice1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 c. diced yellow onions2 cloves garlic2 tsp. kosher salt3 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (or however much you desire)1 tbsp. Lite Soy Sauce
Have the rice cooking while you prepare the rest.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Add onions and garlic. Let that simmer for about 5 minutes. Then toss in the salt, Worcestershire Sauce, and soy sauce. Let the flavors blend in for another 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice.
