Salsa & Black Bean Shredded Chicken

10 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts4 Cups Mild Salsa1 can condensed Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup1 T Chili Powder1 t Garlic Powder1 t Paprika2 t onion powder1 t cumin1 t Oregano1 cup light sour cream (Daisy)
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock pot.
Mix the remaining ingredients (except sour cream) together then pour over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and set to low. Simmer for 8 hours.
Turn off heat
Stir in Sour Cream
(The chicken will pull apart and be shredded)
Serve in wheat tortilla, over brown rice, or stuffed in bell pepper. Just remember to add what you add to it in your tracking for accuracy.
