Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown riceleftover roasted veggies(roasted veggies recipe)1 cup fresh pineapple, dicedtbsp fresh ground gingerclove garlicsalt and pepper to taste5 oz beef, round eye(cut into strips)
Directions
Heat oil in wok or pan.
Add beef strips, cook through, add garlic and ginger, heat through. Add rice, veggies, and pineapple, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly until hot. Serve.
