Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 250 grams Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Onions, raw, 0.25 medium Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Curry powder, 1 tbsp Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp Spinach, frozen, 0.25 cup 1 tsp mustard seeds
1. Saute onions in olive oil, add mustard seeds, allow to pop, then add ground ginger, garlic powder and curry powder and fry till fragrant.
2. Add vegetables and cook with a little water.
3. Add coconut milk, boil once and remove.
4. Serve alone or with rice or bread
