Oatmeal nut pancakes

Ingredients
* *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1 serving (remove) * *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup (remove) * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove) * *Soy Milk Plain Light, .6 cup (remove) * *Amport Foods Soy Nuts, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * Sunsweet, Dried Cranberries, 1.5 oz, .5 serving (remove) * Raisins, 2 miniature box (.5 oz) (remove) * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * Almonds, 4 almond (remove)
Directions
Mix bisquick, oatmeal, soy milk, egg substitute, cinnamon, dried fruits and vanilla. Let it sit for 5 minutes while the oatmeal softens and absorbs the milk.

Cook them in a pan like pancakes. Should make about 8 cakes @ 4/person.

Grind up the soy nuts, chop the almonds and sprinkle on top of the finished pancakes.
