Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
6 Boneless skinless chicken thighs3 Tbsp dijon mustard1.5 Tbsp Honey (4.5 tsp)1 tsp Mustard seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix dijon mustard, honey and mustard seeds together.
Put chicken thighs in a glass baking dish. Brush tops with 1/2 of honey mustard sauce. COver with foil and bake 20 minutes, remove foil brush flip thighs and brush with remaining sauce. Cook and additonal 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
