Garlic Oregano Feta Smashed Potatoes

5 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges for faster cooking4 tsp. minced garlic3 chicken bouillon cubes1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese1 tbsp. fresh minced oregano2 tsp. poultry seasoning (Adobo seasoning)
In a large pot, boil potatoes in 8 cups of water seasoned with the bouillon cubes & Adobo poultry seasoning for 30 minutes. When finished, drain potatoes, saving 1.5 cups of broth. Saute' garlic and oregano in 2 tbsp. of broth using same large pot. Add potatoes back into pot and smash. Add remaining broth. Mix in feta cheese. Add more salt & pepper to taste, if desired. Serves 8-12 people
