Homemade Salsa

Ingredients
2 med. onions, chopped5 med. tomatoes, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 orange bell pepper, chopped1 tsp. olive oil2 tbsp hot sauce1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Put olive oil in pan on med.high. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, peppers. Mix together balsamic vinegar, hot sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.Add to vegetables and simmer stirring frequently until sauce cooks into vegetables. Serve over chicken. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
