Flip's Crockpot Stroganoff

Ingredients
Beef, sirloin, tips, trimmed, 1 LBOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 canMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Beef stock, home-prepared, 1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Flour, whole grain, 2 TWater, tap, 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Pepper, black, 1/2 T
Directions
Slow Cooker Time: 3 to 3 1/2 hrs on Hi;
6-7 hrs on Low

Combine flour, garlic powder, pepper.
Cut beef into tips. Coat in flour mixture. Add
soup, water, onions & stock. Stir til blended.
Meat will be very tender at end of cooking time. Stir in the mushrooms, and yogurt. Cook on hi for 10-15 min more.

Serve on top of brown rice or noodles: not in calculations.
