Whatever's in the fridge Tortilla Pizzas

Ingredients
1-6 inch tortilla.25 cup any shredded mozzarella cheese1 slice of lean lunch meat, torn into pieces.25 cup Tomato sauce or as wantedVeggies Any bits of leftovers (chicken, taco meat, etc.) you'd like for toppings!
Directions
Make a little pizza, mixing and matching ingredients (you can even leave the sauce out and just have a little melt). Put the prepped pizza on the rack of your toaster oven or conventional oven at about 400 degrees. Cook for 5-7 minutes/as desired/until the edges just start to get brown.

I calculated this recipe with whole milk mozzerella for padding.
