Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
6 slices Texas Toast2tsp cinnamon2.5 eggs (use egg beaters)3/4c skim milk1/4c light butter1/4c splenda brown sugar blend5oz whipped cream cheese1tsp vanilla1/4c splenda sugar blend
Directions
-Cover bottom of pan with bread (single layer)
-Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar
-Put a tablespoon on each slice of bread
-Top with another layer of bread
-Melt butter and mix in cinnamon and brown sugar
-Pour over bread
-Combine egg beaters, salt and milk then pour over everything
-Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours)
Bake at 350 for 45 min.

Serving size is equivalent to eating one piece of bread.
