I am so glad you liked it, too. It is very good and hard to stop at one serving--for me, at least.

SO good! My whole family loved it. The cream cheese is a little hard to mix in, but it's worth the effort. My five-year-old loved helping by tearing up the cake! - 6/2/09

I use beaters to mix it--makes it a little easier. Thanks for your comments.

I've been on sparkpeople for about 2 years. It's great to see what kind of things people come up with that are quick and easy to make and (sometimes) not too high in calories. :)

One of our Team Leaders brought this recipe in for a birthday celebration and it was a HUGE hit. A very light dessert with lots of taste. I plan on making this myself! - 10/13/11

Dream whip instead of cool whip it is so trans fatty. Or maybe a jello pudding would be lighter in calories yet? - 5/27/09
