Cooked macaroni, onions, tomatoes, garlic, oil, margarine, flour, feta, can of salmon, lemon juice, fat-free milk, salt and pepper
Chop onions, tomatoes, chillis and feta. Heat oil in a deep pot and put stove on high. Fry onions in oil until slightly brown. Put stove on medium. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano and chillis. Stir and leave to simmer until tomatoes are soft. Meanwhile, place flour in a bowl and whisk with a little milk until smooth. Add rest of milk, and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove fish from can and rinse under cold water. Remove skin and bones (optional). Add fish to pot and break into fine pieces. Stir until well mixed and the fish has warmed. Mix in macaroni and remove from heat. Take a medium sized saucepan, melt margarine on medium heat. Once melted, add milk and flour mix. Stir continuously until mixture starts to thicken. Halfway through add garlic. When sauce is desired thickness, stir in feta. Mix sauce into the fish-macaroni mixture. Serves 8.
