Beet burgers

Ingredients
Beets, fresh, 3 beet (2" dia)Baby Carrots, raw, 10 large Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled Egg, fresh, 1 large Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Directions
Chop beets and carrots in a food processor. Combine in bowl with rest of ingredients.
Form into patties.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes
