Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 pkg. Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles (broken)1 pkg. shredded cabbage3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded1/2 c. green onions1 large can of mandarin oranges, drain & reserve1/4 c. cilantro1 c. honey roasted almonds, slicedDressing:3/4 c. oil9 TBS cider vinegar6 TBS sugar6 TBS oriental sesame oilFlavor pkts from ramen noodlesMandarin orange juice
Directions
Makes 20 servings.
Combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients. Shake dressing until well mixed. Pour dressing over salad. Refrigerate overnight to marinate.
