Cucumber salad

Ingredients
4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced.1 cup reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise1 Tbs rice wine vinegar1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp paprika1 TBS dill weed, dried
Directions
Whisk all ingredients except cucumbers. Slice cucumbers very, very thinly, stir into sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning then refrigerate. You can substitute fat free for sour cream and mayo, but it will change taste a bit.
