Caribbean Marinated Jerk Chicken Breast

Ingredients
3 Tbsp McCormick Caribbean Jerk Seasoning3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil2 Tbsp Low Soduim Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar2 1/2 lbs of boneless chicken breast
Directions
1. Mix Seasoning, oil, soy sauce & vinegar in a small bowl. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, overnight for extra heat/spice. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Grill over medium heat with lid closed for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.

Makes 6-8 servings.
