Ground Beef Spanish Rice Modified 2

Ingredients
16 oz Angus steak burgers1 cup chopped, onion1 cup chopped, green pepper1 cup chopped tomato2 cups of instant brown rice2 tablespoons of Taco Seasoning2 tablespoons of Chili Powder2 Tablespoons of Cumin
Directions
cook the rice per the directions and then set aside. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet (use one big enough for the whole dish). Season with the taco seasoning. Add the onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Add the rice. Cook together for a few minutes and then serve.

Makes 8 good size portions.
