Stay Saucy barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast.1/2 of Onion, chopped.3 gloves of garlic, chopped.2 Tbsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 Ketchup1/2 water2 Tbsp. maple syrup1 Tbsp. Rediced Sodium Soy sauce
Directions
1. Chop up onion and garlic and add to olive oil in medium saucepan. Stirring occasionaly for 5 minutes.
2. Add the rest of ingredients (except chicken).
3. Reduce heat, cover and let thicken, about 20 minutes.
4.Pour about 1/2 a cup of sauce onto plate and coat both sides of chicken..
5. Grill chicken until done, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side..
6. Remove from grill and top with extra sauce.
