Shirataki Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
* Shirataki noodles, 9 oz * Broccoli, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped * Sesame Oil, 1.5 1tsp * Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped * Snow Peas, fresh, 0.9 cup * Baby Corn, 390 gram(s) * Water chestnuts, .65 cup slices * Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces * Bean sprouts, 1 cup * Hoisin Sauce, 2.6 tbsp * Tofu, firm, 0.5 cup
Directions
Add oil to deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Stir fry broccoli, scallions, snow peas, corn and water chestnuts. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms & tofu. Cook until just done. Add sauce and stir well. Serve over drained shirataki noodles.
