Ingredients
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 120 gramsBreakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbspScallions, raw, 1 largeDill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs
Directions
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Fold in dill and scallions.

Serve on toast with smoked salmon or as a veggie dip.
