Turkey-spinach burgers

Ingredients
1 pound of ground turkey1 cup fresh spinach-chopped fine1 cup fresh mushrooms-chopped fine3 cloves of garlic choppedMix all ingredients well, try not to over mix, burgers can get tough, can be either pan fried or placed on the grill-make sure to spray with Pam non stick spray prior to cooking (helps avoid sticking)Mayo:3 TBSP light mayo1 tsp dijon mustard1 clove of garlic pressedmix well refridgerate until ready to use.Top burgers with swiss cheese, mayo-enjoy!
