Berry Muffins

Ingredients
2c white flour2c wheat flour1c sugar3 tsp baking soda4 eggs2 c plain, low-fat yogurt1/2 c canola oil2 tsp vanilla2c total berries, any combination (chop strawberries to bite size pieces)
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Line muffin pans with cups or coat with spray. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl beat eggs. Add yogurt, vanilla, and oil. Mix well. Add berries to dry ingredients and toss to coat. Pour yogurt mixture into dry ingredients and mix until just moist. Spoon into 24 muffins. Bake 20-25 minutes.
