Ingredients
Half a Bag of Frozen Corn16oz Ground Turkey4oz of pasta (your choice)One Can of Tomato Saucei add a cheese pack from Mac N Cheese (not in calorie intake)
Directions
cook pasta in a pot. in a frying pan cook meat until cooked through. drain grease from meat. add tomato sauce, corn, and cheese packet if desired. mix together and then add pasta. let it all sit together for 10 minutes and serve!
