Stonyfield Strawberry Muffin

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup Whole wheat flour1/2 cup sugar1.5 tsp baking soda2 eggs1 cup Stonyfield Farm plain yogurt1/4 cup butter, melted1 tsp vanilla1 cup chopped strawberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together flour, sugar and baking soda. In another bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, butter and vanilla. Toss strawberries into the flour mixture. Then pour yogurt mixture into flour mixture and stir. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 mins, or until tops are golden brown. Yields 12 muffins.

    The muffins are delicious! I added a little cinammon. I thought they were a little drier than I am used to, could be I used no fat yogurt and the whole wheat flour. I will be making them again though. - 6/24/12
