Ingredients
1 Lb Organic Ground Beef1 Egg, large4 Panetini Garlic & Parmesan slices1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Celery Salt1 tsp Parsley, dried1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Grind the Panetini into fine crumbs. Mix with all the other ingredients. Divide into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball & then flatten into a thin patty. Then pan fry or broil in oven.
