tabbouleh salad

Ingredients
2 cups Bob's bulgur wheat3 cups parsley1 small sweet onion (or green onion) 1/4 black pepper1.2 tsp salt3 tbsp lemon juice (more to taste)4 med tomatoesdash of cumin (optional)
Directions
Soak Bob's bulgur wheat in 2 cups of water for an hour
Dice tomatoes, finely chop parsley and chop onion finely.
Mix all together
Add salt pepper and lemon juice (add more to taste)
Cover and chill for two hours
Before serving toss again

Some people add 3 tbsp of olive oil,as well as 1/4 cup mint, and med cucumber. These ingredients are not included in the calories since I like it simple
