Fast and Easy Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
24 oz package lean ground turkey (93%)1 T brown sugar3/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and sprinkle over ground turkey. Mix together but not over mixing. Use a 2 oz ice cream scooper to portion out and roll into patties. Fry in non-stick fry pan for 3-5 min each side.
Makes 12 patties
