Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
4- 4 ounce pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breastjuice of 4 lemons2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp lemon pepper seasoningI can't believe it's not butter, spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove any excess fat from chicken breast. Mix garlic powder and lemon pepper seasoning in bowl. Place chicken on plate, season both sides with the garlic, lemon pepper mixture. Place seasoned chicken in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow spices to soak in. Cook chicken for 2 minutes each side in fry pan. Spray 8x8 pan with olive oil place chicken in pan. Spray each chicken breast with a couple of sprays of I can't believe it's not butter spray. Pour lemon juice on top of chicken, then top with a lemon slice. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until juice runs clear. Serves 4.
