Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1 Acorn Squash, peeled and cubed5 Potatoes, medium, washed and cubed1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp salt1 tsp rosemary1 tsp thyme1 tsp roasted garlic
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix herbs with oil and coat cubed veggies. Place in oven for 45-60 min, turning every 10 minutes, until tender.
