Overnight Oats: Apple Maple

Ingredients
1/4 cup oats1/8 c maple syrup1/8 c lite soy milk1/4 c apple sauce1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, all of the flavours will be incorporated, and you can eat it straight away! The oats don't need to be cooked.

    I've wanted to try overnight oats for awhile now but wanted to try a recipe where I had the ingredients on hand. The only change I made was the milk didn't have soy milk so used skim milk. Just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be making this again, adding this to my favorites. - 6/3/17
