Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 medium head of cabbage, shredded1 medium carrot, peeled and grated1/2 cup of mayonnaise1/2 cup of reduced fat sour cream1/4 cup of light corn syrup1/4 cup of cider or white vinegarsalt, pepper, paprika, chives, and/or dill, to taste (optional)
Directions
Finely shred the cabbage. Peel and grate the carrot and combine with the cabbage in a large mixing bowl. In a smaller mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients and wisk until thoroughly blended. Pour dressing over the vegetable mixture and blend.
