1/2 pound Butter Creamed - Very Important to cream butter first, Cookie 226.796185 grams2 cups Sugar, Cookie3 Eggs, Cookie1 pound Ricotta cheese, Cookie 453.59237g4 cups Flour, Cookie1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, Cookie1 Teaspoon Salt, Cookie1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Cookie----------------------------------------------------1/2 Cup Butter, Icing1/8 Teaspoon Salt, Icing1 Teaspoon Vanilla and Almond Extract, Icing3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar, Icing2 Tablespoons Milk, Icing1 Egg, Icing
Add all cookie ingredients together and mix well.
Drop by a teaspoon on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 12 minutes.
Frost the cookies when cooled.
You may want to add food coloring to the frosting
After they have been iced, put in the freezer on wax paper on the cookie sheets.
Once frozen put them in container and leave frozen until ready to eat
