Black Bean Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 avocado cut in small cubes1 green onion minced, just the green tops1/2 roma tomato, finely chopped1/4 green pepper finely chopped1 tsp fresh minced garlicJuice of one lime or of one lemon(if using lemon use a pinch of sugar)1/2 tsp cumin seed1/2 tsp crushed chilisdry parsleysalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Can be used as a dip for chips or wedges of tomato or peppers. Can also be used as a filling for lettuce leaves or soft tortillas.
