Pancakes

Ingredients
1 egg1 Cup Milk (Buttermilk makes this much richer{better})2 Tblsp Vegetable Oil1 Cup Flour1 Tblsp Sugar1 tsp Baking Powder½ tsp Soda
Directions
Beat egg, add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. (Note – thicker batter the thicker the pancakes – add flour to thicken if you want thick)

Lightly oil griddle, drop water on griddle to test heat if water skitter around, griddle is ready.

Pour batter on hot griddle, Turn pancakes when bubble start to pop. Cook until golden brown

Makes about four medium/small pancakes.
2 pancakes per serving = total of 2 servings
