Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .5 cup (remove)Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
Blend bananas and eggs until smooth. Add applesauce and oil and blend again.
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients just until blended.
Put scant 1/4 cup of batter in muffin cups and back for 20-25 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
