4 flounder fillets3 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 cup melted butter1 tbsp parsley1 tbsp paprika1 lemon, sliced
Preheat oven to 375. Lay flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, paprika and parsley and pour over fillets. Slice lemon and arrange slices on top of fish, covering as much of the fish as possible. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
