Thai Peanut Pork

Ingredients
1.6 pounds of pork3 Tbsp Peanut Butter 2.5 cups of Skim Milk1 Tbsp curry powder1 Tsp red pepper flakes1 Tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Cut pork into cubes and cook on the stove until done. Drain and set aside. In a sauce pan, add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and then simmer till it thickens. Add pork.

Serving suggestions: Serve over a cup of rice and with fresh steamed vegetables.
