GF Breaded Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts1 cup GF bread crumbsItalian seasoning2 tbsp light parmesan cheeseonion powder2 tbsp margarine
Directions
Melt margarine. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, and onion powder. Dip chicken pieces in margarine and then in bread mixture. Place in lightly oiled (I used spray oil) 9x12 glass baking dish. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
