2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts cut thin in to 4 total piecesAbout 2 cups of crushed Ritz CrackersAbout 6 pats of salted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Pour the crushed Ritz Crackers in a bowl. Then cover each piece of chicken individually with the Ritz crackers. Place them in a baking dish (I prefer Corningware). Once all chicken is in the dish side-by-side, place pats of butter around and in between each piece of chicken. Cook for 25 minutes.
