Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless skinless 1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce*1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Tbsp. reduced sodium Soy Sauce1 Tbsp. Asian Chili Sauce** may be found in the Asian foods area of supermarket
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place chicken breasts in one layer in a baking pan.
3. Combine next four ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Spread sauce over chickent breasts.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.

Makes 4 4-oz. servings.
